Modernizing Schwab’s Client Central (CC) Application

Schwab’s Client Service Reps rely on multiple outdated platforms to assist clients, creating inefficiencies and challenges in their workflows. Client Central, Schwab’s primary system for managing client data and transactions, is critical but requires significant modernization to align with modern standards and improve usability.

As the Lead Designer, I partnered with the Product Manager and dev team to transform the application. We focused on visually redesigning the system and integrating modern technologies and methodologies. This effort resulted in a scalable, intuitive platform that streamlines workflows, reduces operational challenges, and enhances the overall experience for representatives handling client interactions.

After the initial implementation, we were required to update our form fields to comply with ISO (International Standards Organization) regulations. This process introduced a significant number of new form fields, requiring adjustments to the user interface to accommodate and organize the additional inputs seamlessly.
