Leading Agoda’s Homepage Redesign

As a Product Design Lead at Agoda, I was tasked with tackling the inconsistent and unscalable homepage experience across app and web platforms. I led the design strategy and stakeholder collaboration to create a cohesive, scalable solution that aligned with the company’s vision for growth. My team and I focused on making the homepage visually consistent and behaviorally intuitive, with enhancements to key elements like badges, search fields, and tabs. The redesigned homepage provided users with a seamless way to access Agoda’s growing range of travel services – including hotels, flights, and airport transfers – while creating a foundation that could evolve with the company’s expanding offerings. The result was a homepage experience that made planning and booking trips easier for users and supported Agoda’s business goals of growth and scalability.
