Streamlining Agoda’s Booking Form
Agoda’s booking form is a critical part of the user journey, but it had significant usability issues that created friction for travelers trying to book seamlessly. My goal as the lead designer was to rethink and simplify this experience while tailoring it to Agoda’s unique ecosystem. Working closely with the Product Manager and development team, I created a “North Star” blueprint focused on logged-in users with saved payment methods (95% of our user base). The redesign made the checkout process smoother, faster, and more intuitive, helping users book in just a few clicks. This not only enhanced the user experience but also led to improved satisfaction and conversion rates, strengthening Agoda’s position as a top-tier travel platform.
